Description and Composition
Ramsen 35% Creamer is a 35% fat level, dry powder composed of hydrogenated soybean oil,
emulsifiers and corn syrup. This product has a melting point of 102° F. This product can be used in
any product where an emulsified fat and/or a dry form of fat is needed such as coffee whitener.
The dry form of fat is advantageous when making dry mixes or where having liquid oils for
processing in difficult either due to mixing problems or storage problems. This product is a very
consistent, uniform light colored powder with a desirable sweet smell..
